Preparing You For Your First Appointment
At Rejuvenate Dentistry of Cinco Ranch, Dr. Quach believes in simplicity. From seeing members of an entire family to ensuring stress-free visits, he and our dental team are here to work hard, so you don’t have to. With no upselling or judgment from our dentistry professionals, you and your loved ones can feel comfortable and confident in your decision to choose us as your dental provider. But before you arrive for your first appointment, allow us to prepare you with vital information that will make your initial visit seamless and successful. Review the following details and call our dental office if you have any questions.
Your First Dental Visit
Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a friendly member of our team before being escorted to a treatment room. There, we will take diagnostic images of your mouth before completing a thorough examination, checking for signs of decay, cavities, and gum disease. We’ll also complete an oral cancer screening. Dr. Quach will address any concerns or questions you might have as well as make sure you receive a personalized treatment plan should you require further treatment. Before you leave, we will not only clean your teeth to remove hardened plaque and tartar, but we’ll also provide essential tips you can use at home to improve your oral hygiene routine.

We proudly accept the following dental insurance plans:
- Delta Dental
- Blue Cross Blue Shield

- And many more!
Ask our friendly team if we take your plan.
Dental Patient Forms
CareCredit and Lending Point are two financing companies that offer patients low and no-interest payment plans. When multiple treatments are required or service is not covered by dental insurance, enrolling with one of these companies can help you save by spreading out your payments over several months instead of having to come up with the full amount in the beginning.
